Booking an appointment to visit our reading room
We are welcoming bookings to our reading room, with a slightly reduced capacity of three research appointments on any one day.
Reducing our capacity allows us to maintain a level of footfall and appropriate ventilation measures that work with the spaces in our historic building and ensure comfort for our visitors and staff.
Please note that we may ask you to book a maximum of two days in any two week period to ensure all those requiring appointments are able to access our reading room.
Please email us to book your visit at email@example.com, including details of the archive and/or library materials you would like to access during your visit. Our full catalogue can be accessed here.
SCHOOL STUDY GROUPS
If you would like to discuss holding a 6th Form study-group session for up to 6 participants, please contact us on : firstname.lastname@example.org
We accept bookings for our Main Hall on weekdays for up to 15 people per meeting. This includes use of the Main Hall and access to toilets. We do not have a cafe but can arrange limited refreshments by arrangement for an additional fee.
Please email email@example.com with your booking request.
